Release 4, unexpectedly

Spontaneously fixed & added a few things: fixed point at which it was possible to get stuck; added in-game help text; made manoeuvering easier in a particular location; made carrying heavy object limit your ability to move; added a few more object descriptions; built C64 version with Ozmoo 13.1 and enabled command history and REU scrollback buffer.
