Release 3, improvements

Upgraded to PunyInform v2.4 & compiled with Ozmoo 7.0 for performance improvements, utilising NO_DARKNESS and NO_SCORE features. This allowed for z5 version with neater status-line (removed redundant 'score' display), which was used for basis of new C64 build. Also optimised code in several places.
